Todd & Associates Marine Surveyors &
Claims Settling Agents has been a pioneer in Infrared
Thermographic marine vessel inspections and has conducted
over 1,500 non-destructive infrared boat inspections.
We have conducted over 10,000 damaged vessel survey inspections,
and maintain an online Stolen Vessel Database, including
stolen trailers and engines.
Todd & Associates also maintains a
facsimile and email database of over 18,000+ fax numbers & email addresses (domestic
and international), of law enforcement and marine related
businesses in order to distribute 'Stolen Vessel Fliers'
in the pursuit of recovery of stolen boats.
Todd & Associates was also the creator
of the US Maritime Information System. Since 1992, Maritime
Information has published two software programs on CDROM
for the marine industry.
History
Todd & Associates, founded in 1984 and incorporated
in 1992. In 1996, Todd & Associates Internet site
was created to list Stolen Vessels with Rewards. ‘Wanted’
posters may be viewed, down loaded, and printed. This
two pronged approach of posting a stolen vessel on our
Internet site, with simultaneous distribution of a telefacsimile, and email,
‘Wanted’ poster to a target specific
broadcast list, has proven to be a highly effective
method for vessel recoveries and an efficient utilization
of limited resources available for providing adequate
investigations.
Working with the worldwide network of International
Association of Marine Investigators (IAMI), insurance
adjusters and special investigators, as well as our
network of associates including marine surveyors and
private investigators, our office has developed a nationwide
network to assist in stolen boat investigations and
recoveries.

quality marine investigation services in a timely manner
utilizing state of the art equipment and technology.
Our firm continues to purchase and utilize the state-of-the-art
infrared, digital, and computerized investigative equipment
and remains on the cutting edge of technology.
